How we work

You talk to the person who builds it.

Kerrio is founder led. The engineer who designs your system is the one who answers your messages, and every decision is written down.

  1. Listen

A call and a written brief: what the business does, who uses the system, and what must never break.

  2. Design the system

Data, roles, flows and edge cases on paper before any code. For Fiix this became a 31 section system design.

  3. Design the screens

Interfaces in your brand, checked on real phones, in every language you need.

  4. Build in stages

Small working steps. Each ends with a handoff note: what changed, what is next, what to check.

  5. Launch

Domain, mail, hosting and a checklist, so launch day is quiet.

  6. Keep it running

Speed, security and fixes after launch. Working behaviour is never traded for a rewrite.

Principles

Four rules we keep.

  1. Do not break it, then improve itSpeed, security and correctness come after what already works keeps working.
  2. Honest scopeIf a feature costs weeks, you hear it before you agree to it, not after.
  3. Written downSpecs, decisions and handoffs live in documents you keep, not in someone's memory.
  4. Georgian from the startInterfaces are designed for Georgian text from day one, not translated at the end.
