What we keep, and why.

Short version: we only keep what you send us, only to answer you, and we delete it when you ask. 14 October 2026.

  1. Who we areKerrio is a software and IT studio in Batumi, Georgia. This page covers this site.
  2. What we collectOnly what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, your email, what you need and your message, plus a company name if you choose to add one. We do not run analytics, ads or tracking scripts, and we do not buy or sell lists.
  3. WhyTo answer your message. That is all we use it for.
  4. Where it is keptMessages are stored in our own database so nothing gets lost, and are sent on to our inbox by an email service. The site is hosted by a web hosting provider. These services process the data for us and nothing else.
  5. How longWe keep a message for as long as the conversation needs it. Ask, and we delete it.
  6. Cookies and your browserIf you switch the language, a small cookie remembers your choice. Your browser also remembers the theme you picked and that you have seen the opening, so it does not play twice. Staff who sign in to the dashboard get one session cookie that keeps them signed in.
  7. Your choicesYou can ask to see what we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we answer within a few days.
