A hearth is the centre a house gathers around. A Kerr black hole is the centre a galaxy turns around. Kerrio holds the shared systems: code, data, design and the people who run them. Each brand on it keeps its own name and face.

How we work

Written down, built in stages, kept running.

  1. ListenA call and a written brief: what the business does, who uses the system, and what must never break.
  2. Design the systemData, roles, flows and edge cases on paper before any code. For Fiix this became a 31 section system design.
  3. Design the screensInterfaces in your brand, checked on real phones, in every language you need.
  4. Build in stagesSmall working steps. Each ends with a handoff note: what changed, what is next, what to check.
  5. LaunchDomain, mail, hosting and a checklist, so launch day is quiet.
  6. Keep it runningSpeed, security and fixes after launch. Working behaviour is never traded for a rewrite.
